As the season of gratitude arrives, I’ve been reflecting on what truly lights me up about retreat planning — and the answer is always the people.
I am endlessly inspired by the talented humans I get to collaborate with every single day. Teachers, coaches, chefs, facilitators, healers, photographers, local guides, and visionary makers of all kinds — each person brings their own magic, and together we create experiences that genuinely transform lives.
Retreat planning isn’t just logistics or schedules to me. It’s the privilege of weaving together the gifts, stories, and passions of remarkable individuals into something that feels meaningful, nourishing, and alive. Watching these collaborators shine — and seeing guests feel held, seen, and expanded because of it — is one of my greatest joys.
This Thanksgiving, I’m especially grateful for the connections that make this work possible. For the creativity, the trust, the shared purpose, and the chance to build something beautiful with people who care as deeply as I do.
