No surf experience? No problem. All you need is an open heart, a curious spirit, and a willingness to show up for yourself.

A DAY AT SURF & THRIVE RETREAT:

  • 6-6:30 Wake Up - The howler monkeys and gentle sunrise will greet you every morning. 
  • 7-7:30: Sunrise meditation + intention setting  We’ll walk to the beach via our private path for some daily mindfulness. 
  • 8-9: Breakfast at retreat center A delicious and nourishing breakfast will be served by our onsite private chef.
  • 9:30- 11: Indulge yourself in some surf therapy and wave work with Dani Munoz, Founder of Mindful Waves. No surf experience is required. 
  • 12-1: A revitalizing lunch served at the retreat center.
  • 1-3: Enjoy some me time, which could include Nosara’s farmers market, a personal shopping experience or wellness treatments not limited to massage, reiki, breath-work, kinetic chain release, aqua massage etc.
  • 3-4:30 Flow + Grow: We’ll hone in on your values and build healthy habits that allow you to live in alignment while growing your business.
  • 5-6: Join the locals for a spectacular sunset at the beach.
  • 6:30-7:30: Chef will prepare a delicious and nutritious Tico inspired meal using local, organic ingredients tailored to your preferences.
  • 8: Join us for an inspiring thought-leader-led fireside workshop and stargazing.

ROOMS AND PRICES

Paradise Villas is arguably Nosara’s premier retreat destination just steps from the beach offering 5-star accommodation. It boasts a gorgeous pool, poolside lounge, state of the art yoga shala and individual bungalows. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathrooms with a shower, solar hot water, and a patio with two chairs and a small table. 

Payment Schedule

  • 20% non-refundable deposit payable through Stripe (see rooms below).
  • 80% balance due July 1 payable through Stripe.

Our King suite sleeps up to two people and comes equipped with one king-sized bed, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, an open-concept closet, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a private bathroom with a shower, and solar hot water. These rooms are ideal for an individual or two people who want to share a king bed. For an alternative price, we can accommodate 2-3. Contact us at [email protected]

Situated around the main pool, our ten standard rooms are ideal for a single occupant, and come equipped with a full-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, private bathroom with a shower, solar hot water, and a patio with two chairs and a small table.
