Over the past 20 years, I’ve watched Charmaine successfully guide hundreds of individuals through their wellness, birth and life transformations and I cannot wait for you to have access to her magic at She Rises in Nosara, Costa Rica.
Charmaine Hamp Carino is a Quantum Activating Life Coach, certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and the founder of LOVE ALCHEMY Life Coaching and Meditational Birth. Known for guiding souls from breakdowns to breakthroughs, Charmaine is the mentor you call when you're ready to reclaim your power and consciously create the life of your dreams. Through tools like Human Design, The Emotion Code, Meditation, and Past Life Regression Therapy, she works holistically starting with the mind and intuitively uncovering what’s stored in the body.
After visiting Nosara last year, Charmaine felt the call to integrate some of The Blue Zone’s practices into her toolkit in order to offer her community a truly unique experience. Hence, the birth of She Rises: A Transformational Kundalini Yoga, Human Design and Meditation Retreat.
