We work with both first-time and seasoned retreat leaders, offering end to end retreat planning and on the ground support as well techniques to level up the retreat experience.

• Arranging shuttles and airport transfers
• Retreat itinerary design
• Facilitating wire transfers and payments
• Excursion and wellness treatment arrangements
• Providing communication tools for the group during the retreat

Pricing: $2500 non-refundable retainer fee to start working with us, which will be applied to our 15% retreat commission. 
Payment Schedule After Retainer: 25% (including retainer fee) is due 120 days in advance, 50% is due 90 days in advance and the remaining 25% is due 2 weeks in advance.
